The world's love affair with french fries needs no explanation. Whether they're of the greasy, not-really-sure-if-they're-real-potatoes variety from the Golden Arches or hand-cut pomme frites from the neighborhood wine bar, a night out isn't complete without an order (or two).

These look fancy but doesn't call for any peeling, cutting, or twice frying. Simply bake frozen fries, then toss with any variety of herbs and dry cheese. Today's fries are dressed with earthy rosemary and thyme as well as salty parmesan cheese, then served with a simple mayo thyme aioli.

Ingredients:
1 package frozen hand cut fries
1 package frozen sweet potato fries
1/4 c. grated parmesan
Thyme
Rosemary
Olive oil

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375-400 degrees.
2. Evenly spread frozen fries on baking sheet and bake per package directions. Place on broil setting for the last 2-3 minutes for extra crispy fries.
3. While the fries are baking, roughly chop herbs.
4. Lightly toss fries with olive oil, chopped herbs, and parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
